Shipping Policy
At Twenty Nine Vintage, we offer free shipping on all UK orders over £500. We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely and in a timely manner. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Items will be dispatched via tracked service and you will receive tracking details once they are shipped. We currently ship within the United Kingdom, Europe and United States. All orders outside the UK will incur shipping fees and you may be subject to custom charges dependant on your home countries rules. You will be liable to pay these fees before the order is released from customs.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Twenty Nine Vintage. We know we source and stock only the best products, 100% authentic and always state any flaws. As you are purchasing vintage or preloved items the condition will not be brand new unless stated otherwise. Therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges for our products unless they are faulty or not as described. If there are any issues these must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
